The Diet Solution Program by Isabel De Los Rios is the diet I am now following. I started trying to lose on January 4 by just cutting back. I weighed 298 at that time. I have lost ten pounds. But it is March 9, and I want to lose more quickly with less playing around, fewer cravings. I like the nutritional aspects of The Diet Solution. Back to butter if you can believe it. Recommends no grains, but plenty of fresh organic or locally grown produce in season without pesticides, herbicides, etc, with cage free eggs, raw or no dairy, pastured animal meat and wild caught fish added. The Diet Solution is custom fitted to one's "metabolism."
