WOOHOO! Got week 1 under my belt already. Not going to weigh myself for another week though, if there hasn't been alot of weight loss I know I will just feel disheartened and not want to continue.
I can feel the difference though and see it in my face. I am amazed at how good I feel, more energy lots of energy!! Which I love, no more blah feeling.
