Looks great Bill...I'll also give two thumbs up to your intro and explanation of your successful weight loss strategy. For what its worth, I think my maintenance strategy is eerily similiar to your weight loss strategy. Thnx also for keeping up your posting, I know its a ton of work.

When I typed DietTruth.org page appeared dated Feb 2014 but when I copied and pasted your address it took me to your new Wordpress. I`m from London and not sure if the location is ok.

@Mal321 - that's because it has to have .wordpress.com in the address to get to Bill's new blog. I'm from London too (well near there) and the new website works perfectly for me.
