I just weighed in at 187.6 and I am actually very happy with that. I have been sick for almost a month now and I have not been able to workout at all. My weight didn't go up and down too much during that time so I am quite happy with that. Although I still have a cough, my doctor said it was okay to start working out again. I will take it easy today but I will workout.
