Snacks
What snacks does everyone eat throughout the day? I am work 7-4 shift so I am up early usually need a snack around 9ish and again around 10:30 ish. I always bring with me to work two hard boiled eggs and two cheese sticks. And on days when I have bottomless pit I have tuna punches with me! I always leave two tuna punches in my lunch bag quick, easy snack full of protein
