{{{I need to kick myself in the a**! My goal weight of 124 has been within my reach so many times, and yet I haven't gotten to it! It's making me mad and frustrated, and I don't like that. I need to watch my eating (bad habits) today, and really push myself during my workout(s). I want to reach finally reach my goal and maintain it! Come on body! You can do this!}}}
