BIG decision!!! I have decided to enter the world of the South Beach Diet! I will begin my new phase on Sunday upon waking up. Wish me luck!!! I'm nervous!

Good luck to you! I have no idea what the SB diet is all about, but just by looking at your chart over there it seems like you can stick to your diets pretty well. It's looking good! Keep it up!
