Ok so its saturday weightwatchers is on wednesday (and in ireland) so the weather is pretty shit.... so far today had a banana (1.5pts) (2bags of tayto lights which are 2pts each) thats bad i know....so thats a total of 5.5pts..... now i bought my squeezy lemon so going to warm up some water and have that as well as lots of exercise later..what for lunch and dinner though?????

Really looking forward to wednesday too see how i get on...

Was 14stone 2lbs, currently 13stone 9lbs, so before christams i started gradually...... :)
