I'm probably going to order the book on-line as it will be cheaper to get that way. I may go to my favorite used book store in town too and see if they have it Monday when I get a check. I have a migraine now, otherwise things are OK. This site seems a lot quieter than Atkins but will be better for me probably as people trolling around to start fights about how horrible a diet is won't be here anyway. I'm looking forward to more food options for me to eat too...
