Had another strong day at cross fit this morning!

Strength/Skill:

We've been on a Front Squat cycle since beginning October & this morning we tested our 1 RM.

My previous lift was at 14 kg.

This morning I worked up my weight & on the ONE REP I had to do, I lifted 40 KG!!!!!!

I'm feeling pretty chuffed with myself.

METCON:

We had to run... Partner 1 - 400 m sprint, partner 2 rests, then vice versa.

4 rounds.

P.S: I had a big ASS salad last night, but left about quarter of it over, because I just couldn't eat anymore.
