This is day 1 of detox for me. I think detoxing will really help me regain focus so that I can meet my goal and so that the Black Night Wranglers can win for the week! The weather has warmed up tremendously. It will be in the 60's which is a big difference from the 20's last week! So I'm gonna enjoy this beautiful weather by getting out and walking this evening. I stocked up on groceries last night so I'm good to go. I'm also making sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Luckily water is not a problem for me b/c I love it.

It *is* beautiful weather. I know you're in Atlanta, I'm near Florence, SC, so not too far away. But it's 70 degrees today! You do sound really motivated, that's great. Good luck with the detoxing.

Good luck - this must be the week of day 1 of Detox for a lot of us. This is actually day 2 for me and I too am hoping to regain my focus. Keep up the good work and just take it a day @ a time.

Me too the weather was so lovely today I had to get out even though I feel like crap! We are both from the South..kinda, I'm in Texas. So how's Fat Smash workin' for ya? You look like you're back on track after the holidays. So many of us gained this Christmas. Man I sure did. Headed down though..that's what matters!
