I've been so good today!! Got up and took the dog to the vet and came home and did some housework. Ate well. Did a tae bo dvd (is anyone else that does the B.Blanks dvds annoyed by the girl that keeps saying "yessuh!"?) Went to the grocery store and picked the dog up from the vet, came home and made and earlier dinner/late lunch. I'll have to post the recipe it's one of my favorites. It's hoisin shrimp; it has shrimp, pineapple, red pepper and hoisin sauce, yummy! Then I baked a quiche with loads of spinach and mushrooms as well as some 1 point chocolate cupcakes. I may exercise in a bit, but I have a lot to do to prepare for tomorrow. I am so glad to be back on track and have good foods in the fridge.

yum, you're making me hungry with all that Chef talk! I don't even know what tae bo dvd you're talking about, but I'm annoyed by the girl already, just by you mentioning it! LOL
