Hi, the good thing is that your starting over...i have started over so many times. I read a really good self hlep book and that made a big difference to me. Maybe that will help as it could shed some light on eating habbits e.t.c good luck! you can do it!

What is the title of the book and author, if you remember. Thanks for the encouraging words and good luck on your lifestyle change. I don't want to call it weight loss because I don't consider myself on a diet.

Totally ... It's a way of life not a diet!!! Diet means u will put it all back on!!! I you google "just 10lbs" it will come up with the book. There is alot of stuff in there that I skipped including the diet he says to do but alot of stuff really really helped me. I got mine from a library. Read it once then copied the bits that were relevant to me onto my laptop so I can re-read it when I feel I need to!! Let me know if you read it and what you think. Keep on going!! Xxx
