I am feelin' SASSY today! i don't know WHY!!!
Man I was so down and out but getting back on track and exercising every day has made such a difference in my mood! Brandon even noticed I was much more energetic yesterday. You won't believe how early I got up this morning. I woke up at 4:30 WIDE AWAKE. Seriously, I felt refreshed and raring to go and I thought it had to be at least 7 or so. This used to happen to me a long time ago, when I was in awesome shape and got up early every day to run.
But it has been ages since I have been able to crawl out of bed any earlier than 8 or 9, and I have been sleeping until 10 or 12 on a lot of days. The crazy thing is I didn't go to bed until 12:30 last night! Weird, that's not technically enough sleep.
But my body wanted to work out, so who am I to argue? LOL!
Crazy huh? Yeah I don't get it! I'm happy with it though!
I did a 30 minute ab workout and my new 5 mile Advanced Walk dvd, 65 minutes long. THAT is an awesome workout!! You are walking briskly, it really keeps your heart rate up, and then they throw in a jog or run every once in a while, plus their is a section with hand weights, one with a walk belt(resistance band), and one with a "stretchy" that came with the workout. It's a resistance band too but a little easier to use. Man I really feel like i got a great workout, and I have so much energy STILL! The house is clean as a whistle, what to do, what to do?? I think I am going to watch the biggest Loser episode I t-voed the other night, and exercise while I watch!
This is a great day!

All you need is some hand weights, the strech band comes with it. Its called 5 mile Walk Advanced by Leslie Sansom. I love it, I couldn't belive I was able to do the whole thing without having a heart attack! The pace is brisk but steady and doable.

Hey ya'll.. Still having a great day :) I put in the Wiggles dvd for Kaelyln ands I got up and danced my heart out to ever song and i was POURING sweat! The Wiggles workout! Who knew! I never want to forget how good it feels to be sugar free and active. I'm this happy even with no visible loss on the scales this morning, because I know it it doesn't show today, it will soon. Am I obnoxiously happy today or what? Brandon is going to think aliens sucked my brain out and replaced me with some one else. Oh wait, he's not the weird one, I am. LOL!!

I know what you mean about feeling better. I was talking to my mom today about how excited I was and all the DVDs (workout) I got from the library; she told me I was weird!

It's not weird to be excited about exercise! It makes you feel good, makes you look better, makes you strong, gives you energy, a nice complexion, Etc Etc! EXERCISE ROCKS!!! It's weird to have a body and not use it for what it is meant for, but just park it in from of the tv all day until you turn into a vegetable!
