SO for the past month I have been off the wagon.. and everyday saying tomorrow I will go back on... Monday I finally went back on... Monday was tough, Tuesday was easier... and today Wednesday I feel fine.. I have a ton of willpower... I have found that for every day I do what I should it gives me courage to do that again tomorrow. I wish I could bottle up all this extra strength I have right now and save some of it for later... I started my journey at 268 lbs.. and right now I am at 228... which is awesome.. but I really really want to get below 200... that would be such a boost for me psychologically. I normally don't set goals... but this time... I am going to.. cause if done right they can really help keep you on track. My goal is to lose 28 lbs by my daughters 4th birthday... she will be 4 on June 11th.. Under normal circumstances I think that it would be a non issue.. But the next 3 months are filled with family gatherings.... THE ABSOLUTE BANE OF MY HEALTHY EATING EXISTENCE... So I am hoping that my goal will help to keep me on track during all the family eating fests. I will keep trying and never give up on me.
