I forgot to do my measurements today... I have been a bit of a slackr this past week. I did well working out for a full week and then slacked off. I feel horrid about it.
Measurements: waist (including lovehandles): 36 waist (ribs): 30 butt: 38 bust: 36 Thigh: 21 Arm:11
thigh and waist showing SOME improvement WOOHOO! I GOT to get back to the grind on this. only improving slightly and workign my butt off. However, I feel that what I am doing is not so much just the diet thing, but making it a lifestyle upgrade with some things so it won't be so hard to maintain even on slack days. Just to prove this point I worked out 1 full week and then slacked one and I was abel to maintain the 135 I had weighed myself at last Tuesday - forgot to add here. I am happy with this slightly. however I still have 15 lbs to go, so I guess I need to be a little more aggressive.
