Began this a week ago. Have lost 5 lbs, with no trouble adhering to the plan. I eat nothing until 3pm, and then eat whatever I want for 5 hours. Nothing after 8pm. I feel so full after the meal that I have no trouble avoiding late-night snacks after 8pm, which is something I couldn't have imagined possible. For the most part, I'm still avoiding starch, allowing myself one serving of a starch in the meal, about twice a week. Very little sugar. I've been having a packet of BelVita chocolate cookies for desert 2-3 times a week (230 calories, 11 grams sugar), or sometimes an apple or serving of frozen berries (about a cup). I have one of these deserts after about half of my meals.
