Feeling better but still wheezing. I am going out to get healthy groceries today. I did not get to sleep until 5 am and slept till 12:30 pm. Therefore breakfast at 2 pm. I am going to call my 1st meal breakfast, no matter what time it is, until I get my Jan 31, 2018 sleep goal reached, which is to be asleep before 2 am and be up with alarm before 10 am every morning.
