So I got myself some rye cracker bread. It is practically flavourless so you only really taste the toppings and it adds some nice crunch...like a nice alternative to bread....I actually prefer the cracker bread! Its so low cal and after weighing in this morning....I can see the difference it has to bread. lost 700g in 1 day. LOVING IT! Sick of being fat and having to eat rubbish tasting food to lose weight. I now look forward to my low calorie lunch and supper. Loveing my rye cracker bread!
