Journal de Camm, 12 janv. 08

I went to Applebee's with a long time friend of mine last night. He just broke up with his girlfriend and needed someone to talk to. I had one drink and ate a quesedilla off the weight watcher's menu. I also had a key lime shooter for dessert. I blew my diet :( but at least the entree was off the weight watcher's menu. My stomach feels sick and I'm sure I'm gonna be up when I weigh in tomorrow. Sigh. I'm gonna walk for an hour today to try and redeem myself somewhat. I find that nights are really hard for me. I do great during the day when I'm busy working, but at night I get hungry and tend to cheat.

Im excited about your weigh in, its been a while. At least your stomach is reacting the right way to this junk food, its telling you that it doesnt like it even if your tastebuds do! I dont really know what advice to give you about the evenings, except get all the bad foods out of the house so that when you go to cheat, the damage isnt so bad. You should never go hungry!! :)

Stay out of the kitchen after 8pm. Drink water instead of eating later at night and take it one day at a time until you regain your balance. You are doing great, don't let one bad habit get in your way. Good luck Camm! :-)

That's not horrible! I'm sure you'll be fine tomorrow. I'm the same way, I'm a night owl and always snacking at night. I really like carrots b/c they can be fairly filling. Can't wait for tomorrow!

You can do this, don't be so hard on yourself...just remember how far you have come! Information is right...if you can stay out of the kitchen it might help! Just keep your chin up, you can do this!
