Jumping to phase 3 today. I seem to have a relatively easy time delaying my hunger. Not really a prob. I am, however, frustrated with the meal options. Quite simply: Not many options exist.
I had intended on working out at 5 a.m.; however, I only slept 4 hours and just couldn't get out of bed. And thanks to a train delay, I didn't get home till 5:30 pm putting my total fast at 20 hours. I just couldn't wait any longer to eat and I'm exhausted for lack of sleep -- insomnia that I attribute to the diet.
Anyway, I must get more sleep and get my workouts out of the way in the a.m. Tomorrow is another chance to do so.
