Had an "eat anything I want" day yesterday and didn't gain, at least I don't think so. Had a lot of exercise with the horses today so it should go away anyway, lol! Here's hoping.

One "eat anything day" is good i think. it's like running away from the rehab for one day! But make sure to return to the rehab the next day, otherwise we get use to the sense of playing with no rules. I think WW is pretty tough tough! I didnt really know what to have for breakfast, points run out so fast!

Ya they do - and that makes u make healthier choices that make you stay fuller longer! Remember all veggies are 0 points, so is diet pop.
