Skipped gym again... My motivation is somewhat lacking... And it doesn't help that my legs are sooooo stiff & tender from Tuesday's class.
Anyways, we will definitely go tomorrow morning...
NO EXCUSES!Unofficial weight is the same as yesterday, which is something that I have been seeing for the last 6 months or so, my weight on a Wednesday & Thursday are almost always the same, & then on a Friday morning it's down, that is why I decided to do my weigh-ins on Fridays.
