I know it looks like a horror movie, but I love how all parts of the pig are edible. Here I am separating, meat for us, skin for pork rinds, fat and bones for dogs. A lot of work but it's worth it 🤣 (hope this photo doesn't offend anybody)

The heads are always available at Piggly Wiggly, my mother loved it when she visited as she grew up on a hog farm and always said they ate everything but the squeal. My sister said she wouldn't be able to shop there.
