Very happy. The weather is supposed to be sunny to partly cloudy all week. Mood does inprove with better weather and able to get outside. Weight is comming off slowly, not getting depressed that its not comming off faster. Loosing about 2 lbs a week. Will make my mini goal by the end of the month. Yeh. Will be very excited if can reach 153 by my birthday in Feb. If I do which I will that will be the smallest I've been on my birthday since I've had Children. That means I've been over weight in my book to almost 9 years. Gonna get there.
This diet thing is working great and the foods that I can eat my almost 9 year old loves to eat also, so I'm not just making a speacial meal for me. ok i'm done yabbering now. haha.
