I have been working out like crazy !! My husband and I are both following a low carb/keto diet. I have to admit it’s was easier now that I have him on board, I’m not longer having to make a meal for me, then a another different one for him, and then something else for my son.
As much as this current physical # of this weight bothers me... I’m so happy to be out of the 50s.
I have my company party in two weeks and I’m going to desperately try and and get down to 142. So we shall see!
