So I finally did it.... I haven't weighed myself in over 6 months... well needs to say I'm very disappointed in myself. I knew it would be high, but I wasn’t expecting this. Well I’m going to take responsibility for doing this to myself and try and turn it around!
I have been running again, and started eating low carb/keto diet. So we'll see.. I wanted to lose 10 lbs. before I go to Paris/London next month. Hopefully I can do that and can feel more confident.
