I’m feeling a little blah tonight...probably just hormone related. Any other women get that way and experience weight loss stalls/gains one week (give or take) of the month? Stupid hormones! Hoping to endure the cravings and general blah-ness. Any advice for getting through it with a smile on my face?🙂

Just think it will be over in a week, n when it does if we keep our consistency we will be at weight prior to period or even less weight 😉
