Good morning FS Family,

I did it!! I am back in ketosis. So happy to see that strip turn purple, you just don't know or maybe you do. To top it off, I have had a few coworkers comment that I have lost weight or that I look thinner. Isn't it the best when others notice your efforts? I can't stop now because I still have 17 lbs to lose. I am hoping to have lost some weight this week. I will find out on Saturday; stay tuned.

@Jacs550 I was taking Superbeets. It is very low in calories and carbs. The weight loss clinic said that it was fine to drink.

@ KayseaLove good for you!! I am glad it is working for you. @sandycatiller I hope to eat like this for the rest of my life. I am getting much older and I need to do everything in my power to try and stay fit.
