To bed by 1:15 am, after watching SNL...so funny. To sleep before 2 am. Awake without alarm at 7:30 am. Slept 6.5 hrs. Ate breakfast at 8:30 am, even though I was not hungry. Had shredded wheat & banana.
Feeling someone sheepish about posting a comment on FS about my Mom yesterday. Maybe I should of kept that inside, as I have not let her get to me for many years. I just wish I told her to zip it when I was young. She has mellowed in her 90's.
