Last week was testing and now I get the result I was after guess my body was trying to hang on to weight for dear life. I knew the result was going to come sometime as I was not giving up on the diet. I am enjoying my diet I can add more food but currently do not feel the urge to as I am quite content in every way and I am not feeling sluggish. Also going to the gym at least 4 times a week.
