Well have made it past 2 weeks on inductions. Still feeling cravings but not as bad. I am not stepping on the scale, just judging by how my clothes fit. Jeans are a bit looser, nothing major.. but I can feel the difference. Am a tad bloated now anyways as it is my TOM.
Now that I have those 2 weeks under my belt, it is time to start my exercise. Going to start doing some walking in the mornings and try and do some crunches, push ups, squats and some sort of weights for my arms before bed.
