My Kitrics Digital Nutrition Scale arrived, so did my new scale. Technology, I love it and hate it all at once.
Raining today, and can't a single thing done I wanted to do. boo.
Tried my hand at sweet potato pancakes with almond and coconut flour. They tasted good , but was a disaster. i really need to work on the end result .
Due to the rain, I am locked up inside today. Locked up inside with my 18 year old son is not fun times to me at this stage in our lives. If you have kids , I am sure you can image the struggles, fights, and emotional turmoil you go through trying to muddle through the emotions.
I am hoping with the new scale I can get a better visual of what portions I am eating verses what I should be. I think I eat very little and then I compute it all and it says I am overeating. So to put a perspective on what I need to be eattings and portions sizes. I am going to try and start weighing everything until it sinks in.
