Feeling a little better today, physically and emotionally. Thanks to everyone who supported me and gave me advice yesterday!
I did my workout this morning and I'm noticing that my attitude is so much better. I feel much more positive today than I did yesterday. I can't go 3 days without working out again!
Now, if I can just eat better and keep up my workouts the rest of the week I'm hoping I can at least stay the same weight for my next weigh in. I ate way too much and not good foods over the weekend, so now it's back to eating better the rest of the week.

Good Stuff! Glad to hear it! Every time you reach for something bad, try to channel the way you have been feeling the last few days. Hopefully that will help keep away the "junk".
