Feeling a little better today, physically and emotionally. Thanks to everyone who supported me and gave me advice yesterday! I did my workout this morning and I'm noticing that my attitude is so much better. I feel much more positive today than I did yesterday. I can't go 3 days without working out again! Now, if I can just eat better and keep up my workouts the rest of the week I'm hoping I can at least stay the same weight for my next weigh in. I ate way too much and not good foods over the weekend, so now it's back to eating better the rest of the week.
