So came back and got my results in from my lipid panel


My macros they suggest should look something like:


48/F/5'6" | CW 197 | 40% BF | Mostly sedentary

* 1361 kcal Goal, a 20% deficit. (658 min, 1701 max)
* 25g Carbohydrates
* 72g Protein (72g min, 118g max)
* 108g Fat (30g min, 145g max)

Well I thought I had went over my 1300 for the day, and totally messed up my macros, but it looks like I did pretty well. 1324 Splurged and went to applebees and we both ate conservatively in comparison as we have done in the past.

BF and me are both down in weight..me 5 lbs, hes 4 lbs( not not following keto just cut out his sodas, breads and sugars)

Got cold quickly so no walking for me in 20 degree's...lol

Yes, I wussed out..lol
