I started phase one of the Aktkins diet today. I need a kick start in losing some of this weight! The scale hasn't moved and I am really frustated!
Found some delicious 1 net carb bread - only good for toast though - but that's fine with me as least I get BREAD!!!

1362 kcal Gras: 95,84g | Prot: 87,26g | Glu: 53,97g.   Petit Déjeuner: Hard Bolied Eggs, cheddar cheese shredded, turkey bacon, Butter. Déjeuner: California Avocados, Chicken, bib lettuce, roast beef sliced, Havarti Cheese. Dîner: Whipped Cream (Pressurized), jello sugar free. Snacks/Autre: dry roasted almonds, quest bar, pine nuts. plus...
