Home from vacation in Jamaica. Did ok with the food. Lots of jerk chicken and salads which I love there.
Lots of walking on the beach. About 3 1/2 miles each morning
My weight has stayed the same over the last month so it was nice to see i was only up just over a pound especially with drinking beer and good Jamaican rum.
Now back to a routine
