I must have really overdone myself this past Memorial holiday!!! Beer and s'mores are my weekness!!! Second day on Aktins - going well so I have my fingers crossed. I exercised for 1/2 hour yesterday - rebounding and lifting weights. Still feeling depressed - don't know why -
