I am doing OK. I am need to do Atkins again. I am starting over. I do best with low carb - even if it means not eating much. I am on metabolism-slowing meds, and I need to be on here to keep my goals straight. I hope to be under 220 lbs. by August - about 210 by the end of 2018. I did it before. Now I am eating out too much. That is coming to a stop, as eating out - like pasta, etc. is not a good way to lose weight.
