Good weight-loss and happy with that. But with me I may find out that I am heavier tomorrow and I want to break the the 129 barrier so I will be ultra good today and push the exercise so that hopefully I am lighter tomorrow. I have found classes the way to go for cardio because when I do it myself I am my own limitation. Got a new heart rate monitor to add to my toys that seems accurate so happy about that. I find it keeps me honest and tells me when I am being my own worst enemy.
