so my cheat day quickly turned into a cheat week. I realize i have a ways to go when it comes to establishing self control. losing weight is tough, mainly because you have to literally rewire your brain to function with healthy behaviors instead of the unhealthy ones you've been accustomed to. I'm going to do this and I will meet my goal this year! staying positive. hope y'all are well and taking each day in stride :)

Catem86s...we have all been there before sweetie and its so correct to say you have to rewire your brain..Im feeling lately like an electrician with all the wiring being done lol..wishing you and me luck on the rewiring process;)
