ive realised that ive become "that girl", the one that forgets to eat, that has to be reminded to have lunch, the one that is constanly sipping on water...
never in my million years of being a fatty with a hectic sugar tooth would i have imagined life throwing this curve-ball at my cubby sugar coated fingers...
been so busy that eating really has taken a back-seat and i know that isnt healthy at all but its not been something ive done on purpose.
when i did notice it though i did eat but not a lot because i was entering fight or flight mode with my body...
BUT HERES TO BEING THAT GIRL! i still remember questioning ones sanity if they missed a meal by mistake, like how did you even forget to eat????
