I have a plate of spinach, diced tomato, 1 hard boiled egg, diced chicken and bleu cheese dressing in front of me and I just can't bring myself to eat it. It seems to be more difficult day by day to eat. I'm going to settle for bottled water with added electrolytes. I know I ate enough at lunch to hold me until tomorrow. Just seems like such a big change from a month ago. I used to enjoy food and now it always seems like a chore. I'm not complaining about not desiring food, it is very just strange to me.

Congratulations! You shall amaze yourself in few months. I always looked at it this way. What do I want to look like next year? A year isn't long. I just got tired of looking and feeling the same or worse every year. Since I owned this philosophy I have kept the weight off for nearly 4 years. I kept "NO" fat-clothes, so as soon as my regular close start getting snug I buckle up and get back to business. Keep it up lady.
