I'm annoyed at myself for being so out of control with my eating & for having slacked so much on my exercise. I hope that I can remember how important it is to take care of myself, even when it doesn't feel like I'm doing anything that matters, good, or bad, at the time that I'm doing (or not doing) it. I have felt weak lately. I hope that's a manifestation of the idea that this is where change happens.
