Kashi Go Lean- 1 serving with 1/4 serving of milk. I don't eat cereal often, because I think there are so many healthier, tastier options available. However, this "stuff" is pretty good taste and nutrition wise. What did you have for breakfast and why?

I like a warm breakfast so I make a scramble every morning with 1 slice of bacon, 2 oz of cooked squash or some other veggie, 60g of power greens, a little bit of lemon juice, and 2 eggs. Just over 300 calories, it hits a lot of flavor profiles. One of my food goals is to have 2 servings of veggies per meal.

Dhatura, that sounds hearty and yummy! I usually like a warm breakfast, too.
