I like a warm breakfast so I make a scramble every morning with 1 slice of bacon, 2 oz of cooked squash or some other veggie, 60g of power greens, a little bit of lemon juice, and 2 eggs. Just over 300 calories, it hits a lot of flavor profiles. One of my food goals is to have 2 servings of veggies per meal.
