I am having such a crappy time with computers it must be bad karma. I named by machine Puck, and maybe he is a trickster! I like to name my machines after the moons of Uranus. Because we once had an employer who would not allow us to call a machine Uranus, so we named it Miranda. We got such joy when asked "What is Miranda?" and we could reply "It's the inner-most moon of Uranus". Payback is a b*tch. lol
So, weight loss stuff...
Yesterday I ate good. I ate my Taco Bell for lunch, 3 fresco tacos and a small nacho. About 700 cals. Then I had two blueberry muffins for dinner! So I was within calories but ate like crap I reckon, lol. It was good!
Went home to hard drive failures, then my backup hard drives failed, supersuck! So I had an epic bike ride! Threw in a few intervals where I pedaled really hard to certain points on my trails. Then took it easy, I think thats called HIIT. Nothing official or timed, just a few "go fast" moments and then I chill. I can tell it hits my abs and legs hard when I do that.
Well, on to my adventures in a very crappy virtual world. Luckily my real world is going great, and I am taking it with a grain of salt.
