SLEEP: To bed 1am. Sleep before 1:45am. Awake 7:50am. Slept 6.2 hrs.

SCALE:314.5 lbs. Up 1.7 lbs.

MEALS: Breakfast 9:40am pancake w strawberries & yogurt w vanilla, decaf. Lunch 1:10pm Little bit of everything salad, kinda went overboard as 614 calories!!!. Snack 3pm fresh pineapple. Supper 7pm tomato beef & bean pasta, steamed asparagus.

THOUGHTS: confirmed with pharmacy that my blood pressure monitor is working. Also said I should have seen pulse go down by now after 2 Diltiazem pills. Concern thyr pill may be the problem, said to discuss with Dr.

MEDS: 9:30am BP,Dep,Thyr. 12noon 180mg Diltiazem CD. 7pm 20mg Xarelto

BP/RATE/PAIN: 12:30am to 1:45am shoulders sore. 8am 131/88 114p sitting on bed. 4:15pm 131/84 131p sitting. 4:35pm 128/86 61p'irr.heart'-flutter sitting & snoozing TV. 5:15pm 142/97 103p'irr.heart' sit at computer. 6:15pm 155/101 117p at pharmacy after walking & shopping. 6:30pm just after got home. 137/90 117p. 6:45pm 138/98 114p ate ice cream. 8pm 111/81 112p after supper relaxing.
