SLEEP: To bed 3am. To sleep before 3:15am. Awake 8:45am. Slept 5.5 hrs.
SCALE: 8:50am 315.6 lbs. up

MEALS: Snack 1:20am strawberries & yogurt. 10:30am Raisin toast, cottage cheese & strawberries, decaf. 2pm turkey fajita & lettuce, ice cream. Snack 3:45pm pineapple. Snack(BINGE) 6pm rest of ice cream.

THOUGHTS: Binge on ice cream at 6pm instead of making a healthy supper. Don't know why, except that it was in my head that it was in the freezer. But I was so involved in eating it that I forgot to take a heart pill-Xarelto at 6pm with supper. Not good! Did not realize it until midnight, and I took it then.


MEDS: 9am BP,Dep. 12noon 180mg Diltiazem CD. 6pm forgot to take Xarelto...took it at midnight.
