I'm sure it's all water weight but I'll take it! Keto is an interesting diet...It's weird to see where carbs are hiding.
On another note, I tried my first fat bomb yesterday. It was pumpkin flavored. Maybe I did something wrong, but all I tasted was oil...grossed me out.
