MEALS: Snack 12:30am rice crisps, avocado & salsa. Breakfast 10:15am 2 toast w avocado & salsa, decaf. Lunch: 11:15am 1/2 BLT salad w grilled chicken from Dairy Queen, decaf. Supper: 7pm 1.5 tuna melt, mixed veggies, tea, tart.

THOUGHTS: Totally amazed! I am only down 23.8 lbs since I started this on Dec 27, 17 (a drop in the bucket when I have a whole person to loose) but it appears to have made a difference in my ability to be active. For the last 4-5 years, any normal activity caused great pain, chills & fatigue for 24-48 hour after activity. I mean vacuuming house, or going to Costco, or walking on the beach, or walking my dog. I had to plan for upcoming activity by laying low and doing no activity for 2-3 days beforehand. Why? Horrible pain in my feet, & knees, chills, fatigue after activity. Last summer I could not walk 1 city block without resting and I used a cane most of the time.
Yesterday I walked for 1 hour and today NO PAIN, NO CHILLS, NO EXTREME FATIGUE. Unbelievable!
